I called and had someone come out today. The repair man tried to up sale me on everything besides trying to fix what I initially called for. He even left the water meter cover off. The pricing he quoted was way over priced as well. Several calls to the competitors were 400 cheaper. Very poor customer service when talking to the tech.

Update: another vendor that has great reviews came by today and repaired it for 106 dollars. If you want to over pay John Moore 400 call them. Otherwise I would advise call some one else. Also check out yelp reviews they have a 2.0 rating there.
