Absolutely terrible facility. Nurses forgot medication regularly or were unable to use equipment patient needed. Attending residents told us that they were "just there to make sure terrible things did not happen" and could not answer our questions. ICU staff pressured my family to transition to hospice care even though other specialists insisted patient was still treatable. Absolutely worst experience during a difficult time. Go literally anywhere else. Wrap your loved one up and just carry them out of there. Better to die on your own terms than under the care of Blake staff.
