We had the worst customer experience at Sales India Ashram Road branch. We bought an AC. They did not deliver it on time.

After 7 calls, they delivered. After that, they did not come for installation for five days wherein the policy document clearly mentions that the installation happens in 48 hours. The customer care is super unresponsive and sales persons stop responding you.

The Ashram road branch person told me on phone, "Madam, you can complaint on consumer forum but we won't deliver in four days. Delivery will be done after five days." Finally, it was done after 7 days.

I would strongly recommend NOT to ever buy any items from Sales India.
