This has been the worst experience. My refinance went into processing on 3/29/2021. This is now 8/24/2021. It is a few days shy of 5 MONTHS!! Credit reports have to be run again because they have expired. Paperwork you have already sent needs resent. Paperwork they should have requested in the first month is being asked for in the 4 month. Underwriting is saying student loan needs paid first, ummmm this is part of the reason for the refinance. Please spare yourself 5 months of time and go with another mortgage company. I am so frustrated that I trusted them and they have done nothing but waste 5 months of my life. I spent $700 on an appraisal. Other reviews I have read said the interest rate went up before closing. So, in the off chance mine even makes it to closing, I am expecting my rate will have gone up too. My loan officer just left the company because of these ongoing issues within the company. Now I feel like I am starting all over again. This is very very frustrating. I will say they lost a good loan officer because of their incompetence. Please stop wasting people s time and money. I have read many reviews with the same issues. Why do you comment on the reviews and tell customers to email you with their complaints? The review is the complaint. Why don t you reach out to the customer and see what you can do for them? The bottom line is you just don t care. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
