Great experience. An actual distillery (avoid Jameson), great whiskey and staff that's cool and shares the passion for whiskey. Go for the Trinity Tasting, it's well worth the extra 6 euros. Also, taste the poitin (moonshine/grappa/aguardiente) on the tour! Loved it so much that had to buy a bottle.
