We've been coming here since my boys were born, spent almost every weekend just walking the lake trail and enjoying the wildlife and scenery. Now my boys are 30 and 31 and we still get out once in a while to just enjoy nature. Still enjoy the lake trail, eating lunch under the boat house, bring your own food, also it's carry in, carry out. When visiting make sure you stop by the bird of prey enclosures. Tea town takes care of a bald eagle, some owls, hawks, kestrel and crows that have been injured in the past, have healed, and are now ambassadors for the park. There's also a maple sugar shack, and the visitor center where people of all ages can enjoy learning about the diverse eco system and it's inhabitants. You can bring dogs as long as they're on leashes and enjoy a great day out in nature. The trails are rough in spots so wear appropriate shoes. Enjoy!!!
