They never help anybody but they will give you a false sence of hope when they tell you to fillout the paperwork only to say no....more than 4 times now, still they say no...they only get paid for sitting on a chair all day doing nothing at all.....don't waste your time as they should close up and disappear of the face of the earth, save taxpayers money that could be used for better things than this waste of space.....
