Suggest you look elsewhere! We upgraded from an old version to version 740i at great cost and hassles. We were paying over $1,300 a month for support that was non-existant. After 3 months Pronto could not get the Payroll module functioning to comply to the ATO one touch system, so we had to move to another program.
The CRM module is useless as we found out later. To have it working with the Outlook calendar they want an extra $21k and then to have any external users it costs over $4k per user.
Cognos is not user and friendly and an expensive waste.
