Architecture meets art in the museum. The renowned architects are always set respectfully in combination with the solo exhibitions.
Chinese art is adjacent to contemporary design of e.g. Aldo Rossi.
Contemporary art finds space as well as historical and local expressionist, which is well prepared and finally finds appreciation. The price is quite high compared to German museum prices. Today (!) I paid 15 . ... But you know that the tickets are far from the cost.
For children there is an active supervised area as well as some interactive areas or boxes and "surprise drawers".
