We were referred to Ensley Orthodontics and I have to say that I am completely pleased with the service. They of course do a great job at orthodontic care, but that's to be expected. Where they exceed expectations is in targeted customer care for both the kids and the parents. The environment is comfortable and friendly. I love that they incentivize outstanding oral care to the kids so that they really get engaged. They also create community with the kids and contests that they can participate in to win fun prizes. I also love that they are flexible for appointments in case a wire breaks or something happens that requires between-appointment care. While you're waiting for your child, enjoy a coffee and stay productive with wifi. They really think of everything. It's not easy to be this customer-oriented. They clearly make it a priority and that is truly what makes them unique.
