New Roads contacted us due to the financial situation we was in. I contacted them and Pamela Marcias told me they look our for their customers. When I decided to go with New Roads Lisa Aragon was referred by Pamela. Lisa Aragon and Iris Amaya-Lopez went above and beyond!! From verification to closing they was there every step of the way. We was fully funded and Nalley Toyota of Union City went from bad to worse! Our salesman had a nonchalant attitude, complained about filing out the paperwork, threaten to sell our car to other people and ignored our calls! When we was supposed to pick up our 2017 Nissan Rouge he only answered our call to let us know he "tried to save our car but he had sold it". I had just told him the day prior the check was on it's way. Lisa Argaon let the Sales manager know in email only to find out from the GM he was off! Our salesman ignored her calls. Bottom line our sales guy sold our car & we was on our way to get it. We live an hour and half from the dealer ship. I asked him who authorized him to sell our car and where was our check for full payment! He said he didn't know! I was furious! Lisa Aragon and her supervisor helped us in our continued search. I was able to find another 2017 Nissan Rouge at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Newnan! Our sales guy Keith Halford was AMAZING!! He was very professional and worked with Lisa every step of the way! We left the same day with our Rouge!! Even after our purchase Lisa Aragon and her supervisor made sure we was taken care of from the horrendous experience with Nalley Toyota of Union City. This was the easiest car sale I've ever made! If you need a car and have less than perfect credit I recommend New Roads Auto Loan!
