The experience was very pleasant. I have bought numerous vehicles and this one was the easiest. I called a head to let them know I would be stopping by to see their 2019 mustang GT350. The salesman that happen to have answered the phone was Mike Hutte (Captain Mike). I let him know I would be asking for him when I get there. The vehicle was beautiful. It was parked right in the show room. I know and understand how the salesman seem somewhat bothered when people want to see, sit inside or ask questions about the high light cars. They want to touch but not buy. Well, Mike was never that salesman. He welcomed us and was very receptive to my and my wife s questions. I laid out my plan to purchase this vehicle and Mike fell in line, working to meet our needs. He (Mike) and the many other department managers were very kind. At the end of the experience, we bought the vehicle and felt as if we developed a good relationship with the people who want to help with maintaining the health of that vehicle.
