Unfortunately the reason behind my low rating is due to the beach club NOT the hotel. The hotel is very accomodating and had great service and I felt safe with everyone wearing a mask and sanitizers everywhere. The staff in the hotel were also very friendly.

As far as the beach club, the staff was VERY uninviting obnoxious/rude. It was a slow memorial day weekend and they didn't seat us or explain any of their amenities. They also told us the kitchen was closed untill 11:30, but there was a patron they were accomodating with food! We were offered drinks and decided to leave due to the unwelcoming staff.

I would stay at the hotel but will never set foot in that beach club again!
