Mysterious circumstances-$5000 has been missing from the safe.

I had been stayed in the room #1620 from 24th of June to 27th.
On my first date, I put $5000 in the safe.

During that period, I had tight business schedule for everyday, I did not pull out a wad of cash from the safe since 24th of June.

Unfortunately, I went back to Korea without a bundle of paper money because I was in such a rush to work until the last minute. It means I do not have much time to check the safe from time to time.

After back to Seoul, I realized that I forgot to pick up the money, I sent a few e-mails to Hayatt Hotel. It takes more than 3days to got response from Hayatt.
They mentioned 'The safe was locked and the security team forced open the safe then found nothing. That wa the most curious moment ever.

As a customer, I am very depressed about how The Hyatt Hotel team to handle an accident. Most of people decide to stay in the high-class hotel to better ensure our safe. Not only luxury accommodation but also incident response.

What surprised me was an insincere attitude of Hayatt Hotel. I am so doubt if it is the quality of the global hotel group.
