I had been a ADT customer for over 15 years. Since...

I had been a ADT customer for over 15 years. Since 2017, I find the quality of the Sales Personal who make quote has significantly deteriorated. They agree to something but when they come to install you are full of surprises. It has happened with me twice. Even their Manager's are unresponsive.
