I joined this company a year ago and I am really impressed with the work culture and opportunities it provides. Takeda San Diego, Inc. has a collaborative work environment and encourages innovation. The management is supportive and approachable. The only area where there is room for improvement is in the salary structure. Overall, I would rate my experience as great!
