Paid my car off 2 months ago! Never received my title. Called to request my title customer service rep said oh they have been behind we will send it out today! Called back several times today and it still haven t been sent out even after I gave them my FedEx account number to overnight it! I will never recommend them to anyone, very unprofessional people.
