It sems like the negative comments could be from the competition because it doesn't come close to describe my multiple experience. I have used this catering company for years. Occasionally, I try others just to keep Bytown honest with their prices and offerings. I always return to Bytown Catering.

Though I think their administrative staff could be more friendly and more organized, I find if you keep at them things get done. But that is true of many of the catering companies' front office teams.

What makes Bytown stand above the rest is their wonderful chefs (great wirh my guests), their serving team (more than enough servers and they are discreet and efficient), and especially the food. There is first and foremost, plenty of food left over (food bank) so the host never has to worry about food running out. That has happened with other catering companies. The food is creative and flavourful. And lastly, they are not the cheapest but they are far from being the most expensive but the peace of mind I get when I book them is worth choosing this company.
