We have never had good service at Dewey Dodge. We took our Chrysler Pacifica in for some warranty work. They told us it would be ready by the end of the day. That was on a Thursday morning. We didn't get the van back till Saturday night.
The worst part was that no one ever called to give us an update. I had to call each time to get an update, each time with more disappointing news. It took to yelling at the service manager before anyone actually got to working on my van on the 3rd day.
