We saw a Valiant truck in our neighborhood and noticed the work that was being done on the home. We had been thinking about new windows and doors, so stopped and asked one the crew for a card. That crew member was Bob and we were impressed by his courtesy and kindness. About a year passed and we decided to do price comparison shopping for replacement windows. Our experience with Anderson was a complete nightmare, so we gave up and simply called Valiant. Gino visited us within days and guided us through the process of selecting windows, doors and storm doors. It was easy, fun and surprisingly affordable. Valiant is a family business and they made US feel like part of that family. Our installation was flawless and Bob and his brother Dave led the crew that left us with gorgeous windows, doors and storm doors . . .oh, and a fabulous new bay-type window in our kitchen that perfectly "frames" our orchids and violets! I can't wait to get home from work every day to see my house! We can't possibly thank Gino and the Valiant team enough - we're customers for life.
