I have lived in it for 5 years and every winter and rainy season my apartment gets moldy due to the numerous infiltrations. I have already contacted Itatiba thousands of times but they never solved it. Every year is the same thing. The walls are moldy and even with a heavy cleaning next week everything is moldy again.
