First time going to their Redondo Beach location a...

First time going to their Redondo Beach location and not the best check in experience. I actually walked away as I felt I was signing my life away between all the waiver forms and paperwork you need to fill out. The information is super repetitive and quite frankly I don t feel comfortable releasing my pictures to the general public (one of the forms) Just got a bad vibe from this place. The receptionist Crystal seemed very inflexible and not welcoming at all! My husband went back to get my paperwork to ensure we could shred it and she handed out my documents without even asking for an ID and gave him an attitude!! Not cool!
