I never experienced a fire before, nor at the time did I know any one who did. I met with Mark who explained the process and helped to somewhat calm me down. I prepared a wish list along with a description of the locations of all outlets in the home which was helpful to them. My home was gutted and updated according to the new codes. Their work was perfect. Due to the small town I live in, my village had some rule that u had to use a specific electrician licenced in my town. This electrician chose not to meet with me , before starting to work. Placing outlets and light switches where he wanted them, and omitting the locations where they were. When I questioned what they were doing, the electrician gave me attitude. I called Omnicom who immediately helped to resolve this matter. Then the electrical company owner finally had time for me. Now he had time to acknowledge my existence. On a better note, I don't want to leave out the professionalism of the entire. Omnicom staff. Office staff, Dry wall, carpenters, plumbers, the person who tiled my bathroom suite and anyone I may have omitted in error. Everyone working for Omnicom, in my opinion, were the greatest.
