Always having trouble getting money refunded. As a rule, there is a small error of about forty different bills. Usually takes a month after I have submitted the accounts, that the refund is rejected. This makes them so close to the submission date that I then have to wait another month before they finally approve the travel bill. Meanwhile, there is a reminder from the credit card company because you do not have NOK 20,000 when the bill comes from them.
