We arrived a little early, but they took care of us right away. The service lady and very good at her job, pleasant and fun to talk to. Give her a gold star for customer service. While waiting we toured the show room and chatted with Hector, who was our salesman last year. Very nice to be remembered by him. Also we had a question, and he went out of his way to find someone who could answer it. Great job. My husband is 80 and I am close behind him, and we really appreciate good honest service. Thank you Gateway Toyota.
