Made a reservation last week with the wellness gift valentine voucher, but no confirmation received. After calling, the employee announced on the phone that no reservation had come in and that there was no place left today. Obviously frustrated as we have been looking forward to it all week, took a look at the website and guess what, a sauna visit is still possible if we purchase an arrangement of 39.50, which is obviously not the intention if you get a day of wellness as a gift.

Wellness voucher is definitely not recommended!
