Horrible experience. I live in vancouver and when I got off the elevator allii heard were guests/employees trash talking canadians.for that they gave me a bottle of wine. That was a nice gesture I guess. Things got worse, in the middle of the night someone tried to open my door and was banging on it. This happened multiple times. I requested to speak to a manager during checkout but no manager was available. I politely requested a call back but no one called me so I decided to call but still no manager. No one tried reaching out to me and this was in december. It is now February. Horrible staff, experience and stay. I guess you get what you pay for. Ill be sure to stay somewhere more respectable next time I visit seattle.
