My family and company has spent thousands of dollars over years of patronage for hundreds of rides. But no longer. After an incident recently I was promised by the driver (who was actually very professional and kind) a credit if I called the office. I called th office and long story short I was called a liar, was condescended to, made to feel stupid and was ultimately denied a credit I was promised. So $90 later for only one ride. I encourage you to take your business to Colorado Springs shuttle and not deal with this unprofessional and explicitly rude costumer service .
