While embarrassing, and not at all pleasant to share, I tell you this to steer you as far away as possible. This is an unprofessional, deviant corporate culture in my opinion.
After reading many negative reviews, it was still decided to give it a shot. With more than 20 years of experience, a difference could be made and I jumped in full-force at the corporate level. I followed all directives, proceeded to analyze the needs, make vast temporary improvements, and developed the plans for quick success followed by longterm guidelines.
Prior experience and business successes appear to mean nothing to them for the long run. It's widely believed the top executives are out of touch with reality. They seem to think this is just a game or hobby, and what they do to many employees seems cruel.
After 10 weeks of productive employment (70 days), I was suddenly terminated without warning. In essence they received a thorough consultative review, strategic reports, and the implementation of progressive changes ... all at a fraction of the cost of an actual contracted consultant. Lesson. Learned.
Others are also terminated after even less time, no matter that they relocated from out-of-state for the job. Staff members of various levels are suddenly fired without warning, including (sadly) during the holidays.
