Very Very un happy with the service... we purchased a new shear and it took almost 3 months to get it, when it was delivered they dropped it off in the parking lot and left, never showed us how to hook it up never offered to hook it up never explained how to operate it and the paper work it came with is pathetic to say the least... last time I buy or recommend this company.
