As of now, 1 star for the communication. I'm incredibly disappointed. I began conversations with Kelley on May 31st. I've tried to get a sign designed since then, sending ideas to her, reaching out for updates. Admittedly, she had forgotten about me, which happens. I was fine with that, as we all get busy, but now I'm not getting a single response.

I was hoping we had found our new sign company, since we manage quite a few communities and wanted updated signage at a number of them. This particular community had NO budget for this project, which meant they should've had an easier time working on this project without financial limitations.

However, she has not responded to me since July 11th, despite reaching out multiple times.

I suppose I'd rather not work with people that can't even respond to an email. In MONTHS.
