They are currently understaffed. There is a dance group competition in town and a full team staying here. Our hairdryer was cutting in and out yesterday, so we bought one to have for today... which we had to loan to my in-laws this morning, because they didn't even have one and housekeeping doesn't get in till 10:00.
Breakfast didn't open till 7:30, so we got ready first; then, there was perpetually a line. Eventually, we had to get in line and waited about 30 minutes to get food that only the employee can serve due to the pandemic. They gave us meal tickets, but I don't know why, since no one has asked for it the first two days. That probably helped the people in front of us in line walk away with two or three meals each. We ended up grabbing our food just in time to eat it in the car and make my father-in-law drive so that we could eat.
