Excellent staff and doctors!
Professional, sincere and kwolegeble. Dr. Rob McCleary was the doctor on call. He was calming, explained every possible scenario/ options and gave us a cost estimate upfront without pushing.
I returned to this clinic, although is far from my home, after visiting first the Emergency Clinic at Yonge /Major Mackenzie (Terrible services there, totally clueless staff and a doctor who did not want to show up unless I leave the dog with them!)
In the past 10 years I had 4 emergency situations with my dogs and every each one was resolved by this clinic. Worth the long drive. Highly recommend!
