Zero stars!!! WORST INSURANCE COMPANY. Not sure how they are in business until this day. Horrible customer service. Constantly put on hold or sent to voicemail as if they never have staff in office. Claim from 10/30 and still have not seen an adjuster or even a call back to discuss further actions and It is now 12/8. The customer service team just forwarded my call and put me on hold without asking any information after I requested to speak to a manager in their claims department this morning. Guess where I was sent to? ANOTHER VOICEMAIL . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read reviews before I even got this.
