Artistic Drywall was the subcontractor responsible for the drywall in my 1-year old house. The drywall is covered under a 1-year warranty. I contacted Artistic Drywall because the sheetrock is buckling at the joints. They said they would return my call but never called back. When I called them again today the receptionist acted as if they never heard from me. Then she put someone else on the phone (sounded like a manager) who claimed they had finished the drywall on my house in 2016. The house was completed and put on the market in 2017. They didn't even bother to help out or make an estimate and claimed they hadn't been paid properly by MRN homes (the original contractor) for other jobs. Pretty bad customer service and also sounds like they don't care at all about their reputation for quality of work. I will definitely not reach out to these guys in the future when I need work done.
