I'm not sure whether to put 1 star for quoting a p...

I'm not sure whether to put 1 star for quoting a price over the phone with the last 6 digits of my VIN for accurate pricing, then wanting to almost double the cost once I arrived, or if I should put 5 stars for sticking to the original quote as stated over the phone and giving me a quality product. This was just for a new key and fob, not an in depth mechanical situation. I'm nervous to bring my vehicle in for repairs needed per the free inspection for fear that they will upsell and over charge the original pricing quote per the inspection paper. This gets 3 stars instead of 2 because the service staff is super friendly.
