I recently used Murphy & Co to help me out with the sale of my company, and I highly recommend them to anybody needing legal advice. Tim and associates were very helpful, friendly and professional. They were easy to talk to (a very important quality in my opinion!) and were very capable of explaining the legal ramifications of certain items in the contracts. The whole process went very smoothly, and I liked Murphy & Co so much that I used them a second time just a month later to set up other legal documents. Highly recommended!
