Feels weird leaving a good review for a collection agency, but honestly, they were very nice and flexible with what I was able to pay and when. I hate that others have had a bad experience, it s never a good time trying to handle medical debt that s in collections. They even worked around the two months I m about to be without pay for having a baby. So yeah, we re settled up and I can move on with my life. The lady that called (after I finally answered, let s be real) was very nice and patient.
