The lady who managed my loan was lovely and very professional. Money in my account the same day as promised. However, lack of communication and poor customer service since been very disappointing. Never reply to any of my correspondence. However they thought it was ok harass me with texts and emails when trying to make arrangements due to loss of earnings.
