I am a current resident of a property managed by TradeWind, I have been for almost 2 years and from the get go, I should have known to request for my deposited and run the other way. I have paid over $1500.00 in late fees. I have never known for a company of any kind not to provide a grace period. I understand late fees very well, but the late fees here for a small family and in these still at hard times paying over $500.00 for one months late fees is a bit extreme, even after explaining my true hardship, I requested to see if my property accounts manager would reach out to the property homeowner and request for them to consider 3 day grace period. I was denied.I am sure there are many wonderful sucess stories, I personally do not recommend this company for anyone who is truly trying to keep on their feet and provide for their family. If I had the means to move I would do so simple for someone to consider than to do unfortunately, my rental property it self is nice but until then I am currently stuck. Please I ask you to consider and research your options. When researching a rental property management check not only these reviews but grace periods and what the management is willing to do for you the customer. It is your family and livelihood that is at stake.
