My wife and I used Dyer Realty (Jack ) for our first home purchase. Jack was recommended to us by my parents who sold the home with Jack 10 years prior. It was my childhood home and now that I was ready to buy I really wanted it back when I seen it come on the market. We had to act very fast to get it. Jack made time for us so that we could go view it that day for the showing. He helped us make key decisions as to what a good offer would be if it truly was the house we wanted. We ended up getting the house and couldn t be happier with our decision to bring our old home back into our family, as well as using Jack for our agent. We feel he really went above and beyond for us every step of the way. We had lots of questions and Jack always made time to answer them for us. I m sure there are some good agents out there but I cannot imagine having a better agent than Jack.
Jack also took some time to swing by for a visit after we had settled in with some very thoughtful gifts for us and our two girls. That was very generous.
