I was disappointed in my experience with this deal...

I was disappointed in my experience with this dealership. I didn't know what kind of car I wanted to upgrade to when I started looking at Kia. By the time I looked at Jeep, the salesman that helped me gave me the impression I wasn't a fast sell so I wasn't a priority to him. I asked for a different salesman to look at Nissan. The same salesman came out and he acted much better but still failed to follow through. There were several times I asked for more information and didn't receive it. I'd tell him I was coming back and he left for the day without calling me. I left a message with his manager and never got a call back... I was ready to buy and they dropped the ball. Needless to say, I spent my money at a different dealership that didnt waste my time and followed through with getting me more information when I asked for it.
