This class deserves the 5 star rating that I am providing it. Lynn is a one of kind lady and she conducts this class in a laid back manner which keeps everyone attending completely comfortable with each other. There is no intimidation or shaming no matter what your circumstance may be. I can honestly say that you will leave this class with a better understanding of yourself. Be prepared to laugh and don t be afraid to share when you get the chance.
