This place used to be one of the best places to go in Anderson. I was so disappointed when we went back today. The food was good- a bit salty but that is a personal preference that I can't hold the cooks accountable to. The service left a lot to be desired. We asked about the Sunday brunch and were informed that they didn't do that anymore (yet there was an advertisement for it on the table??) and the only menu available was the main one. That's fine... then they were out of nearly all the beer selections they had listed on the menu. Ok- that's fine to maybe they are just between shipments... but all that in addition to music playing over speakers that were clearly blown, sticky tables/floors... this was not the McGee's I remembered and loved. Hoping that this was just a one time thing and isn't their new normal.
