Only giving one star because it made me. Worst ever. I had a quoted price to my hotel.
They charged me extra for bags they charge extra for tolls I got this quote weeks before I arrived in New York so I'm sure they know they go through tolls and they were picking me up from the airport so of course I would have bags I ordered two luxury cars for 7 people I got to Avalon's I had to rush rude and absolutely no mannered drivers. At one point he told me I could get out and wait for another carwhen they picked us up at the airport they didn't even give us time to explain who was our and what luggage belong to that person but instead rushed just into the car and then yelled at us about extra luggage definitely not a recomendable car service from JFK to New York City
