I ve been working along side source marketing for over a year and half now, the time has flown by. I ve seen my self grow personally acquiring a wide variety of skills taking on new challenges with responsibilities. The energy and excitement of the team has become contagious within the Office environment. They have been great in providing support and sharing information, the transparency within the no seniority structure has allowed it to become easy to gain personal coaching and advice from senior members within the company.
