I worked with Jason and Danielle to get two radios programmed for use at work. I found them both to be polite, and professional. Communication was prompt easy. It was no trouble to get either of them by email or phone as I needed. They went above and beyond to help me make the best decision for my application and to answer all the questions I had in the process. I am not a big customer and only spent $68, but was definitely treated as important. They even overnighted the radios back (at no cost) to ensure I got them in time.
