Facilities are unmatched in NYC and often underutilized. The potential for the space is clear and the growth in staff and organization over the past 6 months during my residence shows a good trend. I had my concerns about moving a business to this area, but have been more than pleased. Staff responded quickly to some major internet issues, and have provided quick responses for needs with respect to basic business requisites. While I would remove a star for the poor USPS handling, that is hardly the fault of NYDesigns and both staff as well as our company has spent many hours doing our best to get better service. UPS, FEDEX and DHL are all reliable. Looking forward to the growing community in the years ahead. Hope to stay in the area when my tenure is done :)
