My son was at the foundry for approximately 30 days. I was very impressed with the feedback from my son about his stay. He didn t get to stay longer as he has some serious mental health issues, but in the short time he benefited tremendously. The people he worked with authentically cared about his welfare. I believe the staff to be very well educated in their field. I would have given them five stars if it hadn t have been for the unprofessionalism of the family director . Being the one to correspond to the family I believe she had the education for her job title but lacked the empathy and compassion. When I contacted the CEO to address this I did not get a phone call back. I find this to be very disappointing. I felt as though they abandoned him as far as the aftercare goes.
