We used J Kent Staffing to fill a temporary data entry position in my office and I was extremely pleased with the person we hired. I was a temporary worker for J Kent a few years ago so I was aware of the extraordinary quality of individuals that they selected and their high level of professionalism. I knew they would be the ones to provide us with an outstanding employee.
Our temporary worker exceeded my expectations for what I knew would be a very mundane task. He not only was very accurate and efficient, but he also took the initiative to improve upon the spreadsheet I had provided him and recorded additional information that we had not considered. He asked great questions but was also able to work independently for many hours.
The entire hiring process was quite easy with J Kent. After explaining our needs and what sort of skills we were looking for, we had a worker lined up in now time. Because J Kent hires mostly college educated individuals, you know that they will have the skills necessary to be a successful employee, and will show up at your office ready to work.
